• Long-Distance Transportation
• Boston to New York Transportation
• Boston to New Hampshire Transportation
All services are subject to vehicle availability, weather conditions, traffic conditions, and operational requirements.
Reservations & Deposits
A deposit on a major credit card may be required for all reservations.
Reservations are not confirmed until any required deposit, payment authorization, and service agreement have been received.
Balances may be charged to the credit card on file upon completion of services.
Deposits & Gratuity
Twenty percent (20%) deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A recommended gratuity of twenty percent (20%) may be added for your convenience. Payment of gratuity remains at the customer's sole discretion and may be increased or decreased.
Waiting Time & Grace Periods
A fifteen (15) minute grace period is provided for most reservations.
Airport and train station arrivals include a thirty (30) minute grace period after the updated arrival time.
Additional waiting time may result in additional charges at the applicable hourly rate.
Vehicle Conduct Policy
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles.
Illegal substances and unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.
Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of transportation services without refund. Drivers reserve the right to terminate services immediately or return passengers to the original pickup location if safety concerns arise.
Vehicle Damage
Customers accept financial responsibility for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Interior damage
• Exterior damage
• Upholstery damage
• Audio or video equipment damage
• Excessive cleaning requirements
Repair, replacement, or cleaning costs may be charged to the credit card on file.
Cleanup Fee
Mr. C Car Service Inc reserves the right to charge a cleanup fee of not less than $250.00 for excessive mess, spills, bodily fluids, or other conditions requiring professional cleaning.
Lost & Forgotten Items
Reasonable efforts will be made to return lost property.
Mr. C Car Service Inc is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items left in vehicles.
Tolls, Parking & Additional Charges
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for:
• Parking fees
• Tolls
• Airport fees
• Venue fees
• Event parking charges
• Other transportation-related expenses
Additional Charges
Midnight to 6:00 AM Surcharge:
$25.00
Holiday Surcharge:
$20.00 on applicable holidays including:
• New Year's Day
• Easter Sunday
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve (after 5:00 PM)
• Christmas Day
• New Year's Eve (after 5:00 PM)
Snow Emergency Pricing
Rates may increase during declared snow emergencies due to weather conditions, operating costs, and driver availability.
Mileage Charges
When applicable, mileage may be billed at $5.00 per mile.
Accommodation Charges
For extended-distance transportation, overnight accommodations and meal expenses for drivers may be charged when necessary.
Cancellation Policy
Within Massachusetts:
Cancellations made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time may avoid additional cancellation fees; however, deposits remain non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than two (2) hours before the scheduled pickup time may be charged up to the full reservation amount plus applicable fees.
No Show Policy
If a passenger cannot locate their chauffeur, they must immediately call 857-615-7766.
Failure to contact us before leaving the pickup location may result in a No Show designation.
No Shows may be charged the full reservation amount, including applicable tolls, parking, waiting time, surcharges, and administrative fees.
COVID-19 Health Notice
Mr. C Car Service Inc cares deeply about the health and safety of our passengers and chauffeurs.
If anyone at the pickup location has been ill, quarantined, or exposed to a contagious illness, we encourage customers to contact us to discuss rescheduling transportation services when appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
Mr. C Car Service Inc cannot be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or service failures caused by:
• Severe weather
• Traffic conditions
• Road closures
• Vehicle breakdowns
• Mechanical failures
• Airline delays
• Government actions
• Public emergencies
• Events beyond our reasonable control
We are not responsible for missed flights, missed appointments, missed events, business losses, or consequential damages arising from circumstances beyond our control.

All rates are quoted and billed in United States Dollars.
