Terms & Conditions

Service Information


​1.  The deposit on a major credit card is necessary for all bookings.
Booking is not confirmed until deposit and service agreement is received.
Balances will be charged to guest credit card upon completion of jobs.
 

2. 20% Deposits are non-refundable. A recommended 20 percent gratuity added for your convenience.
Payment of this recommended tip is subject to your complete discretion and may be increased or decreased.

​3. 15-minute grace period on all bookings. After 15- minutes client accepts responsibility for overtime charges incurred.

4. Unlawful substance is prohibited.  Any breach of this policy will result in immediate termination and payment due in full for entire booking. In this case, drivers may terminate services immediately or return guests to the point of initial pick-up.

5. Guest accepts financial responsibility for any damages caused by inappropriate use of the vehicle as well as its contents. Including but not restricted to radio/video equipment, lighting, exterior, and interior elements such as upholstery. Repairs for damages may be charged to client's credit card.

6. Practical steps are taken to return all items remaining within our vehicles.
Mr. C Car Service Inc is not accountable for items remaining in our vehicles.

7. We Reserve the rights to charge a cleanup fee of not less than $250.00 for excessive mess or spillage to the credit card on file.

8. Smoking is not permitted.

9. Mr. C Car Service Inc, cannot be held responsible for mechanical issues, severe weather, route traveled, or even additional uncontrollable circumstances, for examples those resulting in the inability to begin a job at its scheduled time or complete a job in its entirety or even at its scheduled finish time.

10. Unless otherwise stated, guest accepts financial responsibility for all tolls, parking, and other related charges incurred during the reservation.

11.  All rates are quoted and billed in U.S.A dollars

12. Cancellations & No Shows: Cancellations within Massachusetts:
Cancellation time without charge is twenty-four (24) hours before scheduled pick-up time. 20% Deposits are non-refundable.
A cancellation fee will equal the proposed trip cost plus all fees for any cancellations made less than two (2) hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

No Show: If the guest cannot locate the driver at the designated meeting place, guest must call 857-615-7766 to avoid being billed as If the guest leaves without informing us, full fare will be charged (including any tolls, parking, early/late hour, gas surcharge, administration fee.

13. COVID-19 Message: Mr. C Car Service Inc cares deeply about the health of our passengers and our chauffeurs. For that reason if anyone at the pickup location has been sick or quarantined due to COVID-19, or has been in recent close contact with someone showing COVID-19 symptoms, please contact us to reschedule your transportation to a more advantageous time frame. Additional Charges
Waiting Time: We provide thirty minutes’ grace period after updated arrival time for all airport as well as train stations pick - ups.

All other pickups receive fifteen minutes grace period, after which, applicable per hour waiting time will apply.

Midnight to 6:00 am surcharge - $25.00
Snow Emergency Charge: 
Rates double during Snow Emergencies for existing and new reservations.

Holiday Surcharge: A $20.00 surcharge for services scheduled on the following days:
​New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve

(after 5:00 PM) Christmas Day New Year’s Eve (after 5:00 PM) Accommodation:
When appropriate, an additional fee for meals and/or overnight accommodations for the driver may be added.
Parking costs at stadiums, concert venues, etc. are to be reimbursed directly to the driver, in cash, upon arrival at the venue.
Tolls and Parking: Tolls and parking are charged additionally.
Mileage: Mileage charge, if applicable, will be charged at $5.00 per mile.
